First time setup

Open SprigAfter downloading, open the .dmg and drag Sprig into your Applications folder. Right-click → Open the first time (macOS Gatekeeper).

Sign in with your emailEnter your email. We'll mail you a 6-digit code. Type it back into the app and you're in. No password, no licence key needed — even on the free plan.
You're inDrop your first episode and start clipping. Clips save to your Downloads folder + Vault automatically. Teams work for free users too — get invited or create your own.

Bought a paid plan?

Activate your licence keyCheck your inbox for the key we emailed at checkout. Open Sprig → Profile → paste your key → Activate. Your plan unlocks immediately.

How auth works: Your email is your identity (verified via 6-digit code). Your licence key only unlocks paid features — it doesn't sign you in. Teams use invites, not shared keys, so even free users can be on a team.
