Common questions
What counts as a clip?
Each short-form portrait video Sprig generates counts as one clip. Ask for 5 clips from one episode — that uses 5 of your monthly allowance.
Do unused clips roll over?
No — your allowance resets on the same date each month.
How do teams work?
Teams work for everyone — free users too. Create a team in the app and invite people by email. Studio plan gives you 5 included paid seats: anyone you invite gets bumped to your plan's quota automatically. Free + paid users can be on the same team.
What if I run out of clips mid-month?
Buy a one-time top-up (+50 clips for £5, +200 for £15) without upgrading your whole plan. Or jump up a tier for the rest of the month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Sprig Profile → Manage subscription. Takes effect at the end of the billing period.
